  • Vegetable cookery session
  • Seafood selection prep & handling
  • Meat cookery - different cuts & prep
    (Not applicable in 'Seafood Basic Training')
  • The art of perfect pastry class
  • Late lunch with fellow boot-campers
  • Hands on instruction, recipes + Cape Lodge chef's apron
