Due to popular demand, Cape Lodge is thrilled to offer a new private class option for 2020! Available for groups of 2 - 10 people, our private cooking classes are perfect for family, friends or corporate retreats. Unlike the Saturday Demo, our private classes are hands-on, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves! Tony will provide step by step tuition in the making of a superb seasonal meal, featuring entrée, main and dessert.  All dishes will involve basic techniques that can be used in many other recipes. After the class, you'll sit down with your group and feast on all you’ve made, with dishes accompanied by Cape Lodge wine of course!
