Indulge in a 5 course seafood lunch matched with 5 Grand Cru champagnes presented by Olivier Bonville of Franck Bonville Champagnes.

Franck Bonville is a small family-owned Champagne producer, who grow their chardonnay grapes in premium Grand Cru vineyards. They have been producing their distinctive and expressive Blancs de Blancs champagnes since 1903.

We are excited to welcome Oliver Bonville to the Cape Lodge restaurant for this sensational lunch.
Olivier represents the fourth generation of his family's business, and over the course of the afternoon he will introduce the wines and give some history and context about the Bonville champagne house.

These beautiful champagnes will be expertly matched by our chefs with fantastic Australian seafood dishes. This is sure to be a delicious experience for all and a wonderful start to 2019!
