The natural partnership of fungus-friends truffles and mushrooms is explored in this class. Kick start winter with some delicious recipe inspiration, including the Cape Lodge signature truffle and mushroom risotto.
Saturday July 13 | BASTILLE DAY – VIVE LA TRUFFE!
Its hard to consider truffles without thinking of French food, and with the annual Bastille celebrations of all things Gallic each July, join this class for some great French classic dishes with truffles as their key ingredient. C’est delicieux!
Saturday August 10 | TRUFFLES, GLORIOUS TRUFFLES
In this final class of the season, learn to make a truffle-based entrée, main and dessert, plus some great tips on truffle flavour-matching friends and foes. Think of this as your truffle 101!
