Booking Policy
Deposit | All rate plans require a credit card valid through your intended check-out date as a guarantee. Upon booking, your card will be charged the full amount of your stay including all pre-ordered extras as a deposit.
Amendment | Based on room availability, you may amend your booking up to two weeks before arrival. Change in rates may be applicable (using the Best Available Rate) for your new dates of stay. You may not amend your arrival date within two weeks of arrival. You may request a longer stay at any time, which will be offered depending on availability.
Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before arrival less a 5% administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeit of your deposit as a cancellation fee. In the event that services are impossible to fulfill due to natural disaster, state of emergency, pandemic, or similar – deposits paid will act as a credit towards future stays. No refunds will be issued
Easter- Christmas & New Years Packages | You may cancel your booking up twelve (12) weeks before arrival. Cancellations within twelve weeks (12) of arrival will result in the forfeit of your deposit as a cancellation fee.
No-show | If you do not arrive on the confirmed arrival date, your entire booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee.
Children and Additional Guests
All accommodation at Cape Lodge is designed for a maximum of two guests. Management advises that Cape Lodge is not suitable for children less than 12 years of age.
Children will be accommodated on the same basis as adults.
Payments | All payments may be settled by using cash, EFTPOS, debit card, direct bank transfer or credit card.
Credit Cards | We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a 1.6% Credit Card Merchant Fee applies.
