In the heart of Margaret River's Wilyabrup sub-region - an area internationally renown for producing premium quality wine grapes - the Cape Lodge Estate vineyard was planted in 1998.  It comprises 8 acres of Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz and can be seen on the right of the driveway as you enter the Cape Lodge Estate.

Today the original vines remain, and at 23 years old they are producing better and better fruit each year that is used exclusively to make our Cape Lodge Estate wines. These wines are made solely for guests of the hotel and restaurant, and we are happy to now offer online wine sales due to popular demand! The quantities produced each year are limited, and the meticulous viticulture is focused on enabling expressive fruit, with low yields to maximise quality. They are wines that celebrate the particularities of the year they were grown and of our unique vineyard location. Elegant and eminently food-friendly, we are rather proud of our wines and hope you love them too!
